Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and grease the form with butter. The flour is mixed with salt and baking powder and sifted in a bowl. Cut the butter into small cubes and place over the flour. Knead everything with your fingers until crumbs are obtained, as for tender dough. Add the sugar, mix well and make a hole in the middle. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and vanilla. Pour into the pit and mix, gradually incorporating the crumbs into the liquid composition. A soft dough is obtained. Shape the dough into a ball, and place it on a surface powdered with flour.

Spread a layer 20 cm in diameter. Put in the pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove the form, let it breathe for 5 minutes, and remove the cake from it and place it on a kitchen grill to cool completely.

My dear, it's a cream-free tart! It is a healthy sweet, even very healthy. A very good dough crust, with many, many strawberries. The combination is perfect. Hence the recommendation that the cake be served with sweet cream, yogurt or whipped cream, because it has no cream. A vanilla cream would soften the crust of the dough, and mix unnecessarily with the fruit. It is a tart like a holiday dedicated to STRAWBERRIES!

My opinion is that such a tart is healthy, but never combine it with whipped cream, cream, yogurt or sour cream! Because it will take all the great taste of the tart, and will give it a horrible taste! I hope you listen to my advice.
